- Lead organization and management of germplasm nurseries.
- Coordinate trials and maintain accurate breeding records.
- Supervise staff, ensure quality control, and manage OH&S policies.
- Degree in Applied Science or equivalent.
- Minimum three years' experience in plant science or breeding.
- Experience with breeding software and field research equipment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Full driver's license.
