- Supervising and working alongside supported employees in completing timber product manufacturing such as pallets, crates, furniture, and custom orders.

About the role
Working as part of Activ's Business Services team, the Supervisor spends their days leading through example, mentoring, inspiring, and working alongside a crew of people living with disability in manufacturing a range of timber products for small local producers through to large commercial clients.
Based in Davenport, this is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm and pays $32.41 per hour (approx. $64, equivalent). Working for a not for profit you will also have access to salary packaging options which could increase your take home pay an additional $9,* a year.
