- Prior experience as a MongoDB Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
- Knowledge of MongoDB replication, sharding, and clustering.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for MongoDB databases.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
