The team advises on a broad range of construction matters including complex disputes across commercial industrial residential infrastructure energy and resources projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction disputes from instruction to resolution including drafting pleadings statements of claim/defence and court documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research and provide practical commercial advice to clients on contractual statutory and regulatory issues.
- Advise on risk management dispute resolution strategies and claims assessment across a variety of construction projects and sectors Participate in negotiations mediations arbitrations adjudications representing clients interests effectively Liaise with clients senior lawyers other stakeholders coordinate strategy keep matters track Keep up date industry trends relevant case law legislative developments affecting construction projects disputes Requirements 1.5–5 years post qualification experience in construction litigation gained at top tier mid tier specialist firm Strong drafting analytical problem solving skills Commercially minded manage multiple matters fast paced environment Excellent attention detail commitment delivering high quality client service This firm recognised collaborative supportive culture commitment excellence You will join team values professional development practical experience working high profile complex construction matters Please apply below email CV academic transcripts
