- Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments
- Contribute in the allocation of workload.
- Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
- Monitor and assist in administering medications
- Provide oversight and leadership to your care staff
- Motivate your team and supervise shifts
- Complete reporting and documentation based on requirement
- Undertake continuous improvement
- Current unrestricted registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Aged Care facility or Geriatrics ward as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interview stage)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills –
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with residents with Dementia
- Be able to pass a pre-employment physical assessment

ABOUT THE ROLE
:We are currently seeking applications from experienced Enrolled Nurses for permanent part-time night shifts at our Residential Care facility in Coolbellup. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working scheduled afternoon shifts previously. This is a 40-bed facility with a mixture of high care and dementia residents therefore experience in a similar environment is essential.
This role is 27 hours per fortnight and you must be able to commit to all the shifts listed below to be considered for the position;
