    As the Technical Product Manager for the Nextivity account you will be accountable for the delivery of a complete solution exceeding customer requirements whilst ensuring growth and profitability for Likewize & its partners.

    Key responsibilities include;

  • End-to-end account management, category management and channel sales alignment with allocated vendors.
  • Oversight & coordination of Likewize warehouse teams to ensure smooth reverse logistics processes.
  • Provide technical support to end customer/users and collaborate closely with vendor partners to troubleshoot in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build best in class Go-to-Market experiences including increasing store presence, promotional programs etc
  • Negotiation of commercial terms and contracts with assigned and new vendors
  • About You

    This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate sales/product manager with a strong technical background in telecommunications.

    You will need to obtain a robust grasp of the Nextivity product suite and be capable of working closely with end-users and vendors to trouble-shoot and solution.

    This is an autonomous role, in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You will be provided with comprehensive training and support from our Nextivity partners however you must come with a fierce desire to learn and take ownership of the account. Strong communication, partnering and influencing skills are a must.
