    About Us:
    Our cliient is currently embarking on exciting initiatives to shape there future of there organisation, and we're seeking talented OCM to join there team.

    Key Initiatives: The Organizational Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving change across the following key initiatives:

    1. Airport Collaborative Decision Making (ACDM): A collaborative approach aimed at improving airport operations, efficiency, and decision-making processes through data sharing and coordinated decision-making among stakeholders.
    2. Digital Virtual Assistant: Implementation of a digital virtual assistant platform to enhance customer service, streamline processes, and provide personalized assistance across various touchpoints.
    3. Avaya Call Centre Upgrade: Upgrading our call center infrastructure to Avaya's latest technology to improve call handling, customer interactions, and overall operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with each initiative's objectives and organizational goals.
    2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments and levels to ensure buy-in, alignment, and active participation in the change process.
    3. Communication Planning: Create clear and effective communication plans tailored to different stakeholder groups, conveying the benefits, impacts, and timelines of the initiatives.
    4. Training and Development: Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required for successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
    5. Resistance Management: Proactively identify potential sources of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address concerns and facilitate smooth transitions.
    6. Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, track adoption rates, and identify areas for improvement.
    7. Change Champions: Recruit, train, and empower change champions within the organization to serve as advocates and influencers, driving momentum and fostering a culture of change readiness.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate change management processes and interventions, gathering feedback and insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Organizational Change Manager or similar role, ideally within complex organizational environments.
    • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong project managemethe ant skills, with bility to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
