    What will you create?


    The PwC Risk & Quality team delivers comprehensive, up-to-date and innovative risk and quality advice to the firm and client facing teams.

    Commercial by nature we aim to protect and enhance the PwC brand by making quality, risk management and compliance as simple and sustainable as possible.


    A role in our Risk & Quality team will provide you with the opportunity to support our business and our client facing teams, by assisting our people in the assessment and management of risks and in meeting our compliance responsibilities.

    You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our support activities in critical and complex areas, in line with our Firm and Network requirements.

    As a Risk & Quality Senior Associate in our team your impact will be seen by:

    Developing specialist skills and knowledge in the key processes that support our client facing teams' independence confirmation process.

    Becoming an expert on the platforms that drive the independence confirmation processes as an administrator and end user.

    Developing a deep level of understanding of the mechanics, operation and rule engine supporting the platforms we work with.

    Responding to enquiries and providing practical guidance to help our client facing teams use our internal processes and platforms.

    Working collaboratively across various PwC teams

    Developing reports and analysing data to assist with compliance and monitoring activities.

    You have a high level of self motivation and consistently deliver high quality outcomes. You are a true problem solver with an analytical mindset and is a self-starter.

    You thrive on the challenge of planning, prioritising and multitasking on multiple projects, while making the most of your great attention to detail.


    Being in a customer-facing role and environment is your bread and butter, so you are easily able to form relationships and communicate confidently with diverse groups of stakeholders in both the written and spoken form.

    You're understanding how to work collaboratively with a team across different locations and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
