As a Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering integration solutions utilizing key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for configuring and demonstrating cutting-edge solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.
This position requires expertise in fundamental areas including customer service management, problem management, incident resolution, configuration management databases (CMDB), and network security protocols such as SSO, SAML, SSL/TLS, web services using REST/SCP/FTPS interfaces and LDAP/JDBC/ODBC connectivity. Strong business acumen is also expected along with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Business Rules: Ability to develop robust rules for automating workflows across multiple modules.
• Client Scripts: Proficiency in scripting languages to automate tasks on client-side platforms
• UI Actions: Capacity to design seamless user interfaces facilitating intuitive interactions between users
