    Description

    An opportunity exists for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy Bunbury branch.

    This role requires the successful person to have a mature and professional outlook, a natural aptitude to succeed, a good sense of humor, and a willingness to continue to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

    Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you'll work as part of a small team, continually demonstrating high attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills while learning all the requirements of our Spare Parts Department and gaining outstanding skills and experience in a career in Parts.

    This position will see you daily:

    • Providing customer support through the interpretation and sales of spare parts for heavy trucks, semi-trailers, and construction machinery
    • Providing parts support to an internal service workshop
    • Providing warehousing and freight logistics operational support, including the packing, receiving, and dispatch of stock

    We are seeking a superstar who has:

    • The ability to learn in a fast-paced work environment
    • Is confident, courteous, and has a positive work ethic
    • Above-average written and verbal skills
    • Experience or a genuine interest in the transport or construction equipment industry
    • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word applications
    • Self-motivation, punctuality, and time management
    • A current C-class driver's license is required; a forklift license would be an advantage but not essential
    • Is a team player with the ability to work well under pressure

    The successful applicant will be required to provide a current police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
