    Your new role
    As the Student Experience Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that encompass supporting and enhancing the student experience. You will support a dedicated team of Student Experience professionals and be at the heart of supporting students and related activities and events.

    In this role you will:

    • Collate and organise tasks for area activities, such as booking rooms, catering, liaising with suppliers;
    • Prepare documentation (e.g. reports, minutes of meetings, correspondence), using the full range and features of MS Office applications, in accordance with the requirements and standards of the work unit.
    • Respond to incoming enquiries and requests from school/and students in a proactive, accurate, customer-focused and professional manner, ensuring that information provided is in accordance with work area rules, regulations and processes. CRM experience would be advantageous;
    • Coordinate arrangements for and schedule meetings and appointments including inviting attendees, booking venues and arranging catering, as required.
    • Manage another staff member's diary.
    • Liaise with relevant staff (e.g. functional service areas –HR, Finance etc) to support school/area operational requirements.
    • Act at the first point of contact for the reception of visitors and internal/external clients of the area.
    • Undertake general clerical tasks including photocopying and dispatch of correspondence.
    • Administer, process and maintain records and relevant forms in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Facilitate the procurement of consumables for the area (e.g. stationery, equipment) within delegated financial limits and in consultation with relevant school/area staff.
    • Maintain and update records and information within the work unit via the established records management system and procedures
    • Assist SE team as the need arises (e.g. Open Day, Orientations, and prospective student events)

    You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
