    Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, the Operations Manager assumes a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing operational intricacies across all tiers of the program. This multifaceted role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including the meticulous onboarding and training of subcontractors, along with the exacting management of quality assurance programs. Moreover, the Operations Manager is entrusted with devising strategic process enhancements to ensure seamless task completion within designated timelines. Integral to this position is the development and ownership of streamlined processes and procedures, meticulously crafted based on industry best practices. Additionally, the incumbent is charged with curating comprehensive documentation that accurately reflects the day-to-day operations of the team. Furthermore, the Operations Manager leads internal projects aimed at optimizing efficiency, thereby ensuring the program operates at its peak performance.

    In addition to managing Warehouse Managers and Facilities, the Operations Manager oversees the logistics function and provides support to Pre-Sales and Bid Management activities.

    Key Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate brings forth extensive multiyear experience within the telecommunications realm, complemented by a robust background in business management, with a minimum of 7 years in a Project Management capacity. Proficiency in Radio Access Network Rollout is paramount, alongside a proven track record of adeptly navigating diverse customer landscapes, adapting to varying cultures, processes, and operational modalities. Demonstrated prowess in business and financial acumen is indispensable, encompassing a profound comprehension of profitability metrics, cash flow dynamics, performance indicators, and value creation strategies. The ability to thrive under pressure, adeptly resolve conflicts, and perpetuate a culture of relentless delivery is non-negotiable. Moreover, a keen adherence to Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards is imperative, ensuring the well-being of all stakeholders involved.
