Who we are looking for Passionate about developing high-quality mobile applications Strong in CS fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms3+ years of Android Mobile Development (Kotlin & Java) or can demonstrate a strong portfolio of apps A good knowledge of mobile user interface design, from phones to tablets and other large-screen devices Someone with an interest in keeping up with and curiosity to learn the latest technologies Enjoys working in a team environment and has strong written communication skills for efficient remote work Familiarity with Git, code review, REST API design, automated testing using Espresso, Jetpack Compose and other Jetpack libraries, Kotlin coroutines, design patterns, and dependency injection will be highly regarded.

Experience with other mobile frameworks such as Flutter and React Native is also an asset.

What you will be doing You'll be working within a cross-functional team (Heatwave) alongside developers, testers, designers, and product managers to conceptualise, design, build, test, and release high-quality native Android apps to the Google Play Store.

This will add the capability for the growth initiatives that Heatwave is working towards and the roadmap objective.

As well as:
