This Concierge position plays a pivotal role in supporting daily workplace operations across client sites.Responsibilities
- Provide a polished first impression to employees clients visitors.
- Assist hosting events provide direction guests upon arrival especially during peak activity ensure meeting spaces amenities ready use act point contact coordination reception facilities client stakeholders maintain tidy organised reception area assist team meeting room bookings support event logistics coordinated wider team which may include room layout AV requests signage catering requirements guest coordination post-event breakdown conduct regular checks all client event spaces ensure postevent breakdowns room resets actioned timely manner coordinating cleaners catering team required liaise suppliers contractors manage distribution office supplies stationery stock items maintaining accurate inventory records proactively replenishing anticipate supply needs provide daily pantry restock floors kitchen essentials process incoming deliveries ensuring accurate record keeping optimum storage stock rooms organised tidy provide coverage support Front-of-House Facilities roles peak periods absences
