    We are looking for a Contractor Engagement Consultant to join our team in our Perth office.

    You'll be a great fit if you:

    • Demonstrate teamwork to achieve all area/discipline/client demands to ensure consistency of service.
    • Spearhead improvements in internal processes/practices to drive efficiency.
    • Resolve issues identified by the reports where appropriate and works with relevant consultant to resolve.
    • Monitors process and compliance requirements within the team, including adherence to Bullhorn, payrolling, invoicing, GP recording and bonus documentation.
    • Ensures the contractor experience is positive through delivering a strong level of service and prompt response times.
    • Proactively escalates any potential issues to Sales Support Manager and other relevant managers.
    • Deals with contractor issues escalated by team members.
    • Provides support with credit control issues, reviews, and payment reconciliations.
    • Acts as a systems manager for training and certification tracking.

    To be considered you need:

    • 3+ Years of previous experience within a Customer Service / Contractor Liaison type role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, smart and methodical, demonstrating ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Outgoing and confident personality with a proven track record in a Customer Service/ Candidate management.
    • Team player who can also take initiative and work in an autonomous fashion.
    • Good communicator, articulate with strong external presentation skills (written & verbal).
    • Ability to manage confidential or sensitive information.
