You'll be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, interacting with a variety of people.Every day is different—*there's nothing routine about this role** **Location:** You'll be based out of the Ballina Concrete Plant on the Northern NSW Coast.* **Hours:** This is a **Casual** position; however rostered days can generally start between 5am and 7am.* **Pay:** We pay a casual hourly rate of $42.12 - inclusive of 25% loading on a weekly pay cycle.* **Customer Interaction:** Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You'll meet lots of different personalities every day, so being comfortable with new people is a must.* **Technology:** We provide cutting-edge technology to keep you safe, help you map your routes, and track your loads.* **Training:** All new hires go through a 10-day training program before hitting the road solo.**About You:*** **Licence:** You must have a minimum of an HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred).* **People Skills:** You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when you're onsite.* **Variety:** You prefer variety in your work. No two days are the same when you're driving one of our Agi trucks.* **Pride in Your Ride:** You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company.* **Medical Check:** Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites).* **Safety:** Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts.
