    This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

    About The RoleReporting into the Head of Commercial Marketing, this both dynamic and pivotal role will see you responsible for leading a multi-functional team of creatives, content, and PR/events specialists, who are critical for driving our inhouse product portfolio of brands and wholesale business forward.

    You will work closely with the Head of CM and Business Unit Marketing Managers to refine the Montu Brands and Leafio brand strategies, and enhance brand equity, recognition and reputation in the market by applying insightful B2 B research and brand strategy skills.

    You will work cross-functionally and enjoy becoming well versed in regulated industries, as a result of key responsibility in the following areas:Brand Strategy & Development

    Content & Creative
    PR & Events
    Community Management
    Brand Reporting
    Quality Control
    OKRs and KPI's
    and CI, Safety and Compliance

    In addition to these foundations, you will have:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
    B2 B essential.
    Healthcare experience is desirable.

    Proven experience in a similar role, managing brand strategy and teams across creative, content, PR, events, and social media management.10+ years of experience in a relevant brand marketing role, with the ability to think strategically and drive brand innovation.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence, working within rapid growth environments.
    Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and adjust brand strategies based on performance metrics.

    Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable content strategiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell ideas to internal and external stakeholders.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    Proficiency in market research and analysis tools/software.
    Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and emerging trends in digital branding.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
