    CyberCX is Australia's leading independent cyber security consultancy organisation. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Team Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing people leadership to a pod of Security Analysts and/or Security Engineers. You will work towards delivering great client outcomes and grow your career rapidly as a cyber security professional.

    We're looking for candidates that have a sound and relevant technical background. You will have a passion to learn, a great attitude, and a keen interest in security is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach and build high performing teams to enable learning, development, and capability uplift. Understand each team member's skills, drivers, and aspirations. Work with them ongoing to develop, raise capability, and build a career and progression plan
    • Provide end to end leadership support for operational staff in their day-to-day workload
    • Provide personnel and project support with clients, taking the initiative to drive improvement and deliver successful outcomes for customers
    • Manage rostering of the team to ensure adequate coverage across customer accounts
    • Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
    • Enhance team's effectiveness by taking ownership of team issues and goals. Create a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and accountability through consistent employee engagement

    About You

    • Experience coaching or mentoring others in a high paced environment
    • Exposure to IT security operations in a large or complex organisation
    • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
    • The ability to build a shared understanding of, and commitment to, CyberCX's purpose, values and agreed processes and practice
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
