    Responsibilities

    • Manage shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
    • Lead Departments, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
    • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions well, and train service staff in procedures.
    • Maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
    • Hire qualified crew, provide training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize Crew throughout their employment.

    Requirements

    • Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
    • Flexible schedules and positive team players who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
    • Age 18 or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
