    Do you have IT support experience and are you seeking a new job in Melbourne? Cognizant is looking for a full-time IT Site Support Engineer.

    As a Local IT Support Engineer, you will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals and mobile devices. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. This position requires you to work in the company's office five days a week.

    In this IT Support role, you can expect to:

    ·Provide technical support to end-users at their deskside and remotely by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues

    ·Ensure electrical safety standards are met

    ·Repair or replace damaged hardware

    ·Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers
