Due to a large-scale integration and upcoming work they are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Payroll Analyst / SAP BA to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

About the role:

Working as part of a broader payroll department your duties will include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
• Configure and customise SAP Payroll modules to meet business needs, including wage types, tax calculations, etc.
• Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Payroll system users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and system configurations
• Stay updated on SAP Payroll best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes to recommend and implement improvements

About you:

You are an experienced Payroll Analyst / Payroll BA with a high level of attention to detail. In addition, you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• SAP experience
• Exposure to New Zealand payroll (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full and unlimited Australian working rights
