    About the Role

    A 12-month fixed-term opportunity as Application Support Analyst. You will be the primary contact for first or second-level application support, handling issue resolution and contributing to application life cycle management.

    Your Responsibilities

    1. Support business improvements
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams
    3. Monitor system performance
    4. Travel between sites in Victoria for system implementations, stakeholder coordination, and on-site troubleshooting

    Your Skills and Experience

    • Experience in cloud-based systems, ITIL practices, client-side development (JavaScript), API integration
    • Strong understanding of application life cycle
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
    • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)

    Salary and Benefits

    $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
