    Description

    About the role

    Reporting to the director you will be responsible for working on very High-end architectural Homes and be responsible for:

    • Preparing scopes of work
    • Preparing monthly cost reports and forecasts.
    • Administrating the head and sub-contracts.
    • Progress payments.
    • Deal with any variations or contractual matters that arise.

    About you

    • Must have 2+ years as a Contract Administrator in the High End residential/commercial space
    • Have great communication and negotiating skills as well as presentation.
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to drive successful outcomes for the company

    Our client is a leading High end residential Builder based in Melbourne's south east. They specialise in high end homes upwards of $8 million with projects spanning throughout the south east.
