    Our client, a highly recognised Australian Government Body is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organisational Change Manager to join our team.

    This is a 12 X 12 month contract based ideally in Canberra, although open to applicants in NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, Offsite considered on a case-by-case basis for critical capabilities.

    Applicants MUST HAVE a valid Security Baseline Clearance or have Australian Citizenship in order to obtain one.

    Overview:

    Within the Business Services portfolio, this role will focus on managing change management activities for ICT and Data projects. The ICT and Data branch is an enabling capability for the Organisation, delivering services such as:

    • Enterprise Strategy and Architecture
    • Project Management, delivery, and support
    • ICT Service Management
    • Infrastructure and Platforms
    • Cyber Security
    • Applications Support
    • Data, Analytics, and Information Management

    Your key responsibilities in this role are to:

    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of ICT and Data projects across the organisation.
    • Collaborate with project teams to assess change impacts and develop change management plans tailored to each project's needs.
    • Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project updates, milestones, and changes.
    • Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
    • Provide coaching and support to project teams, leaders, and staff to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to build change management capabilities with the organisation.
    • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and technology
