Hyperscience Developer - New South Wales, Australia - Cognizant

Your role as Snr Developer/Lead Developer Integration will be to use your extensive knowledge in Hyperscience to deliver rapid, innovative solutions to our customers. As our capability grows, you will be required to manage Hyperscience Developers underneath you (both onshore and offshore).

You will work in an agile environment as part of a multi-functional team on a variety of initiatives. This will enable you to rapidly develop your career in an area of high growth at the sharp end of business innovation and transformation.

Mandatory Skills:

-Overall IT experience of 5+ years in related technologies such as Hyperscience, ABBYY etc
-Hands-on experience with model training and other techniques to refine Hyperscience's document processing functionality.
-Analyse, design, test, and evaluate systems integrating Hyperscience, upstream and downstream systems, integration with APIs.
-Strong analytical skills knowledge of modern ML/DL technologies
-Strong experience with Python scripting
-Participate in iteration highlights for our clients.
-Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
-Good in handling Integration with 3rd party systems
-Prepare and maintain system, application and program level documentation as needed.
-Able to analyse, manage and fix defects.
-Provide specialist advice on general design methods and practices and identify conditions or factors that may affect objectives.
-Participate in development estimation activities for new workflow opportunities.
-Be able to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration.
-Be fully versant in agile delivery, with the ability to guide and mentor clients who are not familiar with agile delivery best practices, also with experience in Devops, Hyperscience application releases.
-Participate in sprint related activities as part of a scrum team.
