    • Review referral information to understand individual client requirements prior to commencing labour market research

    • Research job advertisement websites to identify suitable vacancies aligned with client capacity, skills and location

    • Conduct cold calls with advertising employers to gather relevant labour market information

    • Research the quantity and suitability of job opportunities within a client's local labour market

    • Accurately document all employer calls using approved templates to support detailed report writing

    • Liaise closely with referring consultants to clarify referral requirements and elevate any identified concerns

    • SUPPORT THE PREPARATION OF DETAILED VOCATIONAL AND LABOUR MARKET REPORTS WITHIN PREScribed TEMPLATES AS CAPABILITY DEVELOPS
