- Educational background Degree either Property and construction or Construction Management
- Great professional business acumen to work a range of clients
- Software: competent use of Procore and Microsoft projects
- Humble in your leadership style to inspire and elevate the pre-existing team
- A strong leader and motivator who cares for people as a #1
- Construction or building-related degree or diploma, or a trade background
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong understanding of project management within the construction industry fitout and refurbishment experience
- Understanding of specifications and drawings
- Plenty of flexibility and adaptability

Exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and highly enthusiastic Project Managers to join their team.
Your primary responsibility will be to successfully manage large scale, high end projects up to $50mil, predominantly within commercial sector and build strong rapport with clients.
The scope of works are across Commercial sectors spanning from $10mil - $150 mil
