    We are seeking a proficient Administration Assistant to become part of our client's dynamic and collaborative team. Candidates with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management, and hands-on experience with Xero or comparable software are encouraged to apply.

    Preferred Requirements:
    - Strong experience in accounts payable/receivable and debtor management
    - Demonstrated proficiency in Xero
    - Exceptional customer service skills
    - Ability to assist upper management with data entry and administrative duties
    - Active engagement in accounts administration

    Administration duties:

    -Respond to simple email enquiries,
    -Put together a list of emails for me to respond to daily in order of importance or dictate responses
    -Take message on phone calls and provide return call lists
    -Schedule appointments
    -Type reports from dictated notes
    -Attend meetings to take notes and assist with emails and tasks following the meetings
