    Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Site Workshop Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day management of their teams (including employees and contractors) with a strong operational focus to deliver on efficiency and effectiveness, daily business group planning support and operational and efficiency metrics.


    The prime focus of this role is to ensure they and their teams are engaged and optimized to support the delivery of business objectives and those of the customer.

    Qualification and Attributes

    Trade certificate with relevant leadership post-trade experience
    Intermediate Computer Literacy Skills (including MS Office Suite)
    Good communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
    Understands how to influence key metrics such as Labour utilization, Work in Progress as well as Efficiency performance measures
    Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
    Highly developed organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritize accordingly
    Highly developed attention to detail
