    As an FMS Advisor at Lely Oceania, based in Melbourne, Australia, you will hold a pivotal role in supporting Lely Centre's and customers. Your responsibilities will involve providing support to drive the development of Farm Management Support (FMS), serving as a crucial link between various stakeholders and Lely HQ. This dynamic role will require a blend of direct farmer-facing support and remote advisory services, with travel within the region, and internationally when required, to deliver expertise and assistance where needed. Expect each day to present unique challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact to farmers.

    Your Role and Responsibilities:

    Stakeholder management:

    • Proactively identify and engage key stakeholders, including farmers, industry partners and local organizations.
    • Establish communication strategies to foster positive relationships and address potential challenges effectively.

    Training and Support:

    • Empower and mentor Lely Centre FMS Advisors, promoting their growth through targeted training programme and ongoing coaching sessions to enhance their advisory capabilities.
    • Integrate Lely's products into business solutions, enabling Lely Centre FMS Advisors to provide comprehensive support to farmers.
    • Facilitate the transfer of knowledge, training and updates to Lely Centre's, ensuring alignment with Lely HQ's vision and objectives.

    Second-Line Support:

    • Act as the critical link for escalated issues between farmers and Lely Centre's, providing timely and effective support.
    • Ensure a seamless support experience by coordinating with relevant teams and resources to resolve issues promptly.
    • Utilize Lely tools for effective reporting and progress monitoring, keeping Lely HQ and local Centre's informed and aligned.
    Qualifications

    Passionate about Agriculture: Solid understanding and hands-on experience in farm and herd management are crucial. You'll use your expertise as you travel regularly across Australia and New Zealand.

    Strong Communicator and Professional: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key, along with a professional demeanor in all interactions. If you can manage tasks efficiently and maintain grace under pressure, you'll thrive in this role.

    Leadership and Relationship Management: We value proactive leaders who are adept at motivating teams, fostering partnerships, and steering collaborative efforts. Experience in coaching and mentoring, along with a proven track record in relationship management and cross-functional project execution, will make you a perfect fit.
