Description
Primary Objective:
The Resolution Unit Project Officer is responsible for providing quality advice regarding the Department of Education Complaint Resolution Framework, Policy and Guidelines and supporting the functions and responsibilities of the Resolution Unit.
The incumbent must be agile and flexible in embracing and dealing effectively with uncertain, complex, and challenging contexts and work with others to seek resolutions that support quality outcomes and minimise risks to the department.
