    Opportunity to join Westpac Institutional Bank's Global Transaction Services Liquidity Management Solutions teamHow will I help?Westpac Institutional Bank's Pricing Execution team, sitting within Global Transaction Services (GTS), supports the end-to-end pricing of GTS products for clients across all segments of the bank, with a focus on liquidity and payment solutions.

    The team is accountable for executing on pricing disciplines across the portfolio, ensuring revenue and quality outcomes, commercialisation of customer deals, and oversight of pricing and billing governance and execution activities to support our product management and client engagement teams.

    As the Director, Pricing Execution, you will be skilled in pricing of liquidity, cash management or transactional banking products.
    You will be responsible for and support the end-to-end product management and client engagement teams in delivering to financial performance and customer outcomes

    You will:
    Establish subject matter expertise, including external market knowledge, needed to underpin intelligent decision-making for the GTS product set.

    Develop and execute customer commercialisation and pricing strategies to contribute to growth and P&L performance of the GTS product set.

    Manage the end-to-end pricing execution lifecycle including pricing management of deals, pricing and billing execution, and simplification.

    Lead and execute against strategic outcomes and initiatives across a wide variety of stakeholders to realise short-term and longer-term business value.

    What do I need?You will have extensive practical experience in pricing in the banking or financial services industry, and knowledge of liquidity, cash management and the relevant transactional banking product set.

    You will also have proven experience in pricing strategy, deal management, and customer value propositions.

    You will be comfortable partnering with a variety of stakeholders and be able to take a problem-solving and commercial approach to pricing.

    Strong people leadership experience and skills to drive the best outcomes from your team.
    Ability to work with large data sets, draw conclusions and drive outcomes.
