    About Opportunity

    We are seeking a customer-driven IT Desktop Support Officer to join our national office in Brisbane.

    The successful candidate will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within our network, providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.

    This role requires someone who can multi-task, work independently, and be the main point of contact for all incoming incidents.

    In this role you will:

    • Log, monitor, and resolve support calls via our service desk
    • On-board new employees, prepare machines and access
    • Manage assets and provide application support and training
    • Support system users remotely and troubleshoot issues
    • Contribute to project delivery through testing and change management

    About You:

    • Prior experience working in desktop support
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic team with initiative and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 and related tools desirable
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
    • A passion for information technology and continuous improvement
    • Ability to work under broad direction with minimal supervision
    • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
