    The NSW Aboriginal Education Consultative Group Inc. is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing Aboriginal education and training in New South Wales.

    As Director of Organisational Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation, driving growth, and ensuring seamless operations across all departments.

    We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record in senior management roles within Aboriginal-controlled community organisations or government agencies.

    Your expertise in cultural competence, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • A deep understanding of the challenges facing Aboriginal communities in education and training
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
    • Familiarity with government policies and procedures related to Aboriginal education

    In this role, you will oversee key responsibilities including:

    • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive organisational growth and transformation
    • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and programs
    • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and community partners
    • Collaborating with senior leaders to inform policy decisions and drive organisational success

    Our ideal candidate will be based in New South Wales, Australia, and will have access to a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
