    DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and experienced Payroll Officer to join our existing friendly & enthusiastic payroll team based in Boronia

    This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our team where your knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and genuine desire to provide excellent customer service to our employees will be rewarded with a competitive package, work from home flexibility and ongoing training and support.

    Reporting to our Payroll Operations Manager, and working with the team you will be responsible for:

    Processing pay's for up to 1700 employees across various departments, a combintaion of permanent and labour hire staff

    Ensuring accuracy of data,

    Answering payroll related queries,

    Preparing month end reports, reconciliations, and batching,

    Award Interpretation

    Skills required:

    Ability and experience in end-to-end payroll

    Experience in working across multiple EBAs, Awards and relevant legislation

    Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

    Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines

    Self-motivated with strong attention to details

    The successful candidate will work part time hours approx 23 hours over 3 or 4 days. Monday and Tuesday are set days, however other days are negotiable. This is a Hybrid model with the team being in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and working from home Monday and Friday.
