Job Description

Managing weekly and monthly pay run on time according to Finance & Audit requirements
Ensuring all staff changes are recorded and salary benefits are updated in the HR/payroll system
Verify time sheets, deductions, and other payroll data to ensure accuracy
Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed
Handling staff inquiries about payroll
Providing headcount and costing reports as requested

The Successful Applicant

Possessing over three years of experience as a payroll officer
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Possesses strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
