    As the Performance Director , you will develop best in class strategies and management across the Performance disciplines on assigned clients, and manage and develop the team playing a key technical role in the WA org design - SEM Director level support for key clients with option for wider analytics and ad ops leadership in market.

    The Performance Director drives our customer driven, data led approach.


    This involves shaping highly relevant experiences for consumers by leveraging the correct channel mix and utilising the data led capabilities of our teams.


    Core responsibilities:

    Develop a consistent test and learn culture with clients to optimise each campaign and deliver best in class results for them.


    Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Performance Strategy by having an unrivalled knowledge and experience across the different paid media touch points Become an extension of the client's business, establish excellent relationships with senior client contacts Play an active role in supporting local market new business pitching where required To actively seek to identify out of scope projects across your client portfolio to drive incremental revenue for the business A bit about you: A thorough understanding of paid media performance channels, and the broader digital ecosystem.

    Thorough knowledge of paid media tools and analytics platforms such as SA360, GA360, DV360, Facebook Business Manager etc.

    Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving skills and robust judgement.
