Hillarys Beach Club is on the look out for our senior staff to begin soon at this brand new coastal venue. This venue has two major areas with a coffee kiosk takeaway outlet too. If you are looking for a coastal move and have experience as a Sous Chef, we want to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Head chef and take on sous chef's responsibilities in his absence.
• Maintain food hygiene standards
• Maintain food standards
• Stock rotation
• Work in a brand new kitchen with passionate enthusiastic chefs
• Use the highest quality local produce.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant studies
• At least 3 years' experience as a chef
