- Conducting title searches, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
- Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts of sale, leases, and settlement statements.
- Managing communication and correspondence with clients, and other parties involved in transactions.
- Coordinating settlements and attending to post-completion matters.
- Providing general administrative support to the team as required.
- Demonstrated experience working as a conveyancing paralegal in a reputable legal environment.
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and relevant legislation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and electronic conveyancing platforms.
