    An EXCITING opportunity to work for an international law firm and support a highly recognised partner and leading employment practice group

    Law Staff is partnering with a respected international law firm who is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Legal Secretary to join the firm's employment law practice group on a permanent, full time basis.

    This exciting role offers the change to play a pivotal part in a busy practice, providing secretarial support and assisting with team administration.

    Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:

    • Supporting partners and fee earners with practice and administrative tasks;
    • Managing client interactions and queries;
    • Maintaining diaries and schedules
    • Handling confidential firm information and opening new matters;
    • Preparing documentation and correspondence,
    • Inputting and maintaining client data in client relationship software;
    • Arranging domestic and international travel bookings and logistics;
    • Managing the monthly billing process.

    We would LOVE to hear from you if you have:

    • 8+ Years Experience as a Legal Secretary in a medium to large law firm
    • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Experience with automated billing systems and client relationship management software
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
    • A proactive and enthusiastic work style.
