Job Title: VMware/OpenShift Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our container orchestration platform. This includes deploying, configuring, and maintaining VMware and OpenShift clusters on-premises.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the container orchestration platform.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware and OpenShift clusters.
• Monitor cluster performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage user access and permissions within the OpenShift environment.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications running on OpenShift.
• Stay updated with the latest OpenShift and Kubernetes features and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as an OpenShift Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of OpenShift and Kubernetes architecture and components.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and configurations in a containerized environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
