Our client is an industry leader in the provision of electronic security, access control and data and communication systems within South Australia.

You may be currently working as an electronic security technician / service technician/ maintenance technician or as a technical supplier to the industry or you may already be working currently in an office with experience or have the technical ability to become a Project Manager.

Suitable candidate duties would include:

• Assisting Director, BDM and other Project Managers with the day-to-day running of the Installation, Service and Maintenance Contracts and providing administrative and technical support as directed.
• Using Microsoft Office & Simpro on a daily basis to schedule work for employees & subcontractors, create jobs, monitor jobs and invoice jobs.
• Providing technical and administrative support to electronic service technicians and contractors.
• Fault finding and problem solving with electronic security, CCTV, intercom, access control and data products.
• Assisting with maintenance, installation and servicing of CCTV, intercoms, access control systems, alarms, data and communication systems.
• Liaising with clients, documenting in Simpro, ordering parts from suppliers and ensuring client is getting best value whilst understanding their technical and service requirements.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all clients at all times.
• Documenting systems, processes and procedures.
• Administering OHS&W responsibilities.

• South Australian Drivers Licence
• South Australian Security Agents Licence
• Open Cabling Registration
• DCSI Clearance
• Police Clearance
• White Card
• High attention to detail, organised and professional attitude.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technology, continually evolving your profession, self-motivated and showing initiative.
• The ability to work unsupervised with high levels of attention to detail.
• Good problem solving skills & ability to prioritise tasks.
