    Description

    Job Title:

    A Customer Service Representative is required to work within our Business Services Team in a permanent opportunity. The role involves managing end-to-end claims processes, including lodgement, adjudication, case management and settlements of Insurance and Warranty claims.

    About the Role:

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in customer-facing roles and have previous experience in customer service and/or call centre environments. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and accurate responses over the phone and via email.

    You will manage claim enquiries received via inbound/outbound calls and emails, resolve claims in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner while complying with all regulatory requirements, and coordinate administrative duties between calls and emails.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate responses over the phone and via email.
    • Resolve claims in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner while complying with all regulatory requirements.
    • Manage claim enquiries received via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
    • Coordinate administrative duties between calls and emails.
    • Resolve customer complaints and/or objections within delegated authority to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and Assurant.

    Salary:

    The salary for this role is $65,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
