- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate responses over the phone and via email.
- Resolve claims in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner while complying with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage claim enquiries received via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- Coordinate administrative duties between calls and emails.
- Resolve customer complaints and/or objections within delegated authority to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and Assurant.
- Wellbeing programs, including meditation and mindfulness initiatives.
- Development programs and LinkedIn learning courses, as well as study grants and support for higher education.

A Customer Service Representative is required to work within our Business Services Team in a permanent opportunity. The role involves managing end-to-end claims processes, including lodgement, adjudication, case management and settlements of Insurance and Warranty claims.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in customer-facing roles and have previous experience in customer service and/or call centre environments.
