- Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in line with local GAAP/IFRS/USGAAP standards.
- Set up and manage financial accounting systems for various processes like cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead the development, analysis, and reporting of financial plans for the country, providing guidance to business units.
- Offer valuable analytics to senior management to influence business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with global accounting principles and regulations.
- Lead efforts to maintain compliance with customs and trade laws as per Abbott's Code of Conduct.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Regulatory teams to optimize inventory levels and mitigate business risks.
- CPA/CA Qualification.
- At least 15 years of financial management experience in a multinational customer-focused environment.
- Experience in FP&A in a multinational setting is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to adapt to digital tools.
