    As a Business Process & Controls Manager in our Risk & Controls Assurance team your impact will be seen by:

    Leading a full range of assurance and advisory engagement tasks including the planning, fieldwork, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements

    Partnering with clients to help them mitigate the risks they face, by developing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and processes

    Providing clients with confidence in their governance and controls by leading a range of financial control and business process reviews

    Identifying, building and implementing compliance frameworks to meet our client's ever increasing regulatory environment ( ie: SOX, JSOX)


    Helping clients navigate an evolving risk landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these to clients in an impactful way.

    Our primary focus is on design effectiveness, we help to find practical solutions to mature internal control environments.

    About you


    You have a background in governance, risk and controls and are skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies, holding an understanding of the commercial issues facing businesses and how to influence client conversations.


    Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you're ready to help our Risk Assurance team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
