    The Role
    As a Property Analyst, you will bridge the gap between raw market data and actionable investment intelligence. You will support senior leadership and asset teams by identifying emerging opportunities and mitigating risks across the Melbourne metropolitan area.
    Core Responsibilities
    Market Intelligence:
    Conduct deep-dive research into property trends, demographics, and economic indicators. Track supply/demand dynamics and monitor competitor pricing strategies.
    Financial Modeling:
    Build and maintain sophisticated models to evaluate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. Forecast cash flows, ROI, IRR, and other critical investment metrics.
    Data Visualization:
    Synthesize data from internal and external sources to create high-impact reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    Risk Assessment:
    Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of interest rate fluctuations, regulatory changes, and economic shifts.
    Strategic Collaboration:
    Provide data-backed insights to asset managers and investment committees to support long-term portfolio performance.
    Your Profile
    Experience:
    Previous experience in a similar Analyst or Valuer / Valuations role within a property or real estate firm (such as a global major or a specialist local agency).
    Technical Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
    Analytical Mindset:
    You have a natural ability to spot trends within complex datasets and translate them into clear, strategic narratives.
    Industry Knowledge:
    A solid understanding of the Melbourne
    commercial office landscape

    Education:
    A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
