    The Role
    The primary responsibility of the Administrative Business Partner is achieving CyberCX goals, through the executive administration and office management, collaboration and engagement with Executive Leadership Teams, building trusted partnerships with clear channels of communication and aligning administrative support to their needs.

    The Administrative Business Partner is expected to maintain and manage the distribution of highly confidential communications and are delegated significant authority to act autonomously and independently with regards to their core duties and unique projects.

    The role is a 12-month fixed term engagement.

    Role responsibilities as follows (but not limited to).

    • Provide executive administrative support and in addition to providing office and facilities management.
    • Maintain complex calendars including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives.
    • Structure cadence of calendars to support long-term business objectives.
    • Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed.
    • Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities.
    • Attend business meetings to assist and/or own the agenda to ensure follow-through on action items and deliverables.
    • Partner with the Administration, IT and Finance Functions to support staff and other internal/external stakeholders to manage and resolve needs and issues as they arise.
    • Assist with the project lifecycle, providing support, with business unit initiatives, inclusive of setting and maintaining project timelines, identifying, and mitigating risks.
    • Support active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submissions to ensure expense policy compliance.
    • Ensuring the office/front of house servicing and reception is operating smoothly and managing adequate supply resourcing as needed.
    • Responsible for all office operations.

    About you
    You are professional and ethical, you inspire trust and confidence through integrity and respect and are emotionally intelligent, you demonstrate empathy, connection, and assertiveness.

    Additionally, you possess the following skills and experience:

    • Ideally 3 years senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred.
    • Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation.
    • Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar.
    • Exceptionally organised, relentlessly resourceful, calm under pressure, strategic multi-tasker, with a deep love of logistics and ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
    • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCX.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business.
    • Proven track record of accountability, reliability, and a can-do attitude
    • Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner.
    • You are committed to attending the office onsite for 5 days per week in the initial 6 months of your employment. Thereafter, a hybrid work model will apply (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
