- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Conduct regular health assessments to monitor and evaluate residents' physical and mental health.
- Respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to adjust care plans accordingly.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of residents' health status, care plans, and any interventions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
- AHPRA registration
- Any Proof of Valid Working Rights (AU Passport, AU Birth Certificate, AU Citizenship, VISA or VEVO Check)
- Updated Driver's License
- Vaccinations (2 covid vaccines, booster and current flu shot)
