    • As an experienced Chef you will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our residents at mecwacare Flora Hill, a 64 – bed facility Residential Facility. Your strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and cohesively with the team will assist in providing quality food experience.

    What you bring:
  • Previous experience in Aged Care.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices (Release 1).
  • HLTFSE005 Apply and monitor food safety requirements (Release 1).
  • HLTFSE007 Oversee the day-to day implementation of food safety in the workplace (Release1).
  • Food Safety Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations and management of kitchen staff.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups.
