    About Us

    We are a specialist program area of Corrections Victoria that provides people with offence-specific, evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services to support their rehabilitation.

    We hold portfolios and expertise in critical areas such as Violent Extremism, Restorative Justice and Family Violence.

    Our Team

    We are seeking experienced professionals in psychology, social work, mental health nursing or occupational therapy to join our team of forensic clinicians.

    Forensic clinical experience is desirable but not essential.

    Your Role

    You will build on your existing expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based, best-practice forensic intervention in a supportive correctional environment.

    Working within the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model, you'll deliver a wide range of individualised services including:

    • Comprehensive assessments.
    • Clinical interviews.
    • Treatment interventions.
    • Treatment programs.
    • Preparing treatment plans.

    Requirements

    You'll need to possess a current driver's licence.

    • General registration as a Psychologist.
    • Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
    • Credentialed as a Mental Health Nurse.
    • Registered as an Occupational Therapist.
